With design and construction both managed from our Chelsea architectural practice and building project management centre, the construction implications of your project are considered in its discussion from the earliest stages of development. Once construction is scheduled to commence, however, we assign an experienced Site Manager to look after the project from beginning to end so that you, or whoever is dealing with the project on your behalf, can be clear throughout on your on-the-spot point of contact.

Your Site Manager works with a dedicated team of highly skilled and professionally qualified carpenters, tilers, electricians, plumbers and specialist consultants, each of whom have been selected individually to work for their reliability and quality of service. Our subcontractors have also all been selected for their high standards of service and craftsmanship. Almost all of the building team have worked with Tyler Mandic for several years. Where we add new specialists to our roster, which we are always keen to do, we have inspected their previous work and interviewed them at length before inviting them to work with us.
